Ocean 3 Design was founded in 2005 by Scott Lechtrecker.  The residential design firm has focused their attention to the Carolina coast for the past decade.  With a background in residential construction Ocean 3 Design balances innovative design with construction efficiencies.  

The design/build approach is the mainstay of every project that crosses the drawing tables of the firm.
